Established in China in 2024, Anhui ShengHuaXin Technology (SHX) is the joint venture by  Ruifeng New Energy (Taiwan, 2016) and Tytron (Taiwan, 2020) together with Bruce Tian as major shareholder.

 

Shanghai Electronics Engineering Design & Research Institute (SEEDRI) was established in 1964 then becomes the most historical, successful and professional design institute in China for the business sectors such as semiconductor, solar, lithium battery and logistic etc.

 

In 2024, SEEDRI become the strategic partner of SHX and formed a service group together to provide the customer the service scope from consultant, design, engineering, production optimization and on-site support for Semiconductor, solar and factory automation.
